The tale of Zante’s wine.

Everybody on Zakynthos makes wine, even the taxi driver we travelled with. If you don’t do it it means you’re either a child or a tourist 😉

The vineyard we visited is called Callinico (situated on Zakynthos in a small village Kalipado) and is a typical family business. Lovely place with lovely people 🙂 Totally recommend going there (when you’re already on Zakynthos, of course!).

They produce the best wine I’ve ever drunk in my life (we brought some home and I can’t wait to open the bottles!).
