The tale of flock.

Some prefer to lead.
Some would rather follow.
The interesting part is that there must always be a group.
Not only in the animal world, unfortunately.

If you lead you have to take responsibility for others.
If you follow you have to listen to orders.
In both cases you lose your identity.

So I step aside. You lead, and follow. And I watch.
