The tale of last look.

The tale of last look.

Hundreds of photos taken. No time for editing. No time for eating or sleeping. Been working too much. Found the last part of photographs taken in Greece. Taken in restaurants, at harbours, in the evening. Literally a mess (like me now)!  A piece of hot

Continuation of Zante’s photos. Summer is gone and I started dreaming of the natural abundance. I could really live in a hot country (nevermind the sun allergy) as they have flowers, herbs and veggies all year round. Miss you Zante!

The tale of Zante’s transport.

Going to Zakynthos? Forget about buses. One in every three or four hours with a break in the middle of the day. You should either rent a car or travel by taxi. One of the best experiences from the holidays was travelling by taxi. I’m

Going back to Zante’s tales – whether you like it or not 😉 This time the caves that surround the whole island. Crystal blue water, small boats, snorkel and fins. That’s all we needed to spend hours swimming, sunbathing, chatting with people and laughing.

I hate buying souvenirs for friends. I hate all those kitsch objects. However, on Zakynthos it was easy to choose. We bought only things produced locally. Ouzo, olives, olive oil, olive soap and honey. So far everybody is happy with the presents.

K. hates me for this. I made him get up at 6 a.m. so we could go to Zante’s port and visit the fish market. I wanted to see everything that The Mediterranean Sea has to offer. And I did, oh yes I did. Crabs.

The tale of Zante’s animals.

The tale of Zante’s animals.

My favourite part of all trips are the animals. I have to touch them, feed or at least take a photo. On Zakynthos, most animals are nothing surprising. Goats, horses, and so on. However, there were some I’ve seen for the first time in my

The tale of Zante’s wine.

Everybody on Zakynthos makes wine, even the taxi driver we travelled with. If you don’t do it it means you’re either a child or a tourist 😉 The vineyard we visited is called Callinico (situated on Zakynthos in a small village Kalipado) and is a
